Yep, saw that ruling. It is a big deal because how is it that the owner who doesn't moderate every single post should be responsible for what other idiots post up. Businesses would be gone and no one would post anything.

I am amazed at the comments that created there. I lot more then I would have thought think it is wrong, and they should be held responsible. The relation to the old grocery store bulliton boards was interesting. A bunch said that You tube is bigger, so they should be hgeld responsible, but a grocery store should not. Then others saying forums should not have any moderation, it is violating their freedom of speech.
